Hello and thank you for choosing The Beauty Box for your Beauty Treatments. Booking online is very simple to do, PLEASE READ the following information to ensure you understand what is required before you arrive at your proposed appointment.
NEW and existing Clients please complete the Initial Client Consultation Form, this is a one off form and only needs to be redone if personal details change, ie: change of address, telephone number, medication etc. Please note: your personal information is stored safely and securely and in line with the GDPR regulations. You may have access to any details I hold of yours at anytime and free of charge.
Currently due to the Covid-19 restrictions we find ourselves upon, I will need you to complete your COVID FORM 24 hours before EVERY appointment and no sooner, and as per guidelines. This can be found here or on the front page of my website under the rainbow.
When booking online please ensure you add the PPE Charge to your appointment, and although this is now £0 I still need allocated time to clean and disinfect thoroughly before my next client.
When you arrive to your appointment please also ensure you scan the QR code which is on the front door of my treatment room, then knock and wait until you are called in. Hand sanitiser and face masks will be issued on your arrival.
PAYMENTS I accept Bank Transfer, PayPal or Cash after your treatment. Unfortunately I do not accept card payments anymore.
PATCH TESTS - Please ensure you book a FREE patch test for any tinting or lash lifts, even if you have had them previously at other salons, I still require this as we all use different products. Also if you haven’t had a tint or lift for 6 months or longer you will also need to re patch test.
IN HOUSE PAMPER PARTIES - These treatments cannot be booked online please call/message Kerry to enquire. Every client attending the pamper session will also be required to fill in the Initial Client Consultation Form 1 month before the scheduled party and to also complete the COVID form 24 hours before treatments can commence.
GIFT VOUCHERS - you will have an extended 3 months in which to use these after the original expiry date. This is applicable to those issued or received during November/December 2020 and during Lockdown #3. Please note: I get booked up very quickly and there will be NO allowance for vouchers being used after their expiry date, so please bear this in mind when booking.
PLEASE NOTE: there is still building work going on in my house, those booked in for relaxing treatments will not be affected by noise as work is planned around my treatments to ensure the best possible relaxation. And please excuse the materials on the drive, these will be kept to a minimum. However, I do have new neighbours and they are completely gutting the whole house and garden, unfortunately I cannot control any noise that may come from there. But hopefully it won't be for long.
